它怎麼運作

  1. 連結你的 Gmail（唯讀）：BillCatch 透過 Google 官方授權取得 Gmail 的「唯讀」權限（gmail.readonly）。我們只會搜尋「寄件者是台灣發卡銀行、而且有附件」的信件，其他信件不讀、不存。
  2. 下載對帳單 PDF：找到對帳單後，下載 PDF 到我們位於新加坡、全程加密的伺服器。
  3. 解析成交易明細：PDF 內容在你明確同意後，交由 AI 服務辨識成交易、商店與金額，並自動分類。
  4. 看懂你的消費：App 顯示每月支出、分類比例，以及每張卡接下來的繳款日與金額。

我們不會做的事

  • 不會寄信、回信、刪信、改標籤。我們申請的是唯讀權限，App 裡也沒有任何寫信功能。
  • 不會讀取銀行以外寄件者的信。
  • 不會把你的資料賣給任何人、不用於廣告、不用來做信用評估。
  • 不會用你的資料訓練我們自己的 AI 模型。

安全與隱私

  • 資料儲存在新加坡的雲端（Supabase、Railway），傳輸與靜態皆加密。
  • Gmail 授權憑證另以 AES-256-GCM 加密保存；原始 PDF 存放於不公開的私有儲存空間。
  • 隨時可在 App 內「中斷 Gmail 連結」（會同時向 Google 撤銷授權並刪除對帳單資料）或「刪除帳號」（刪除全部資料）。
  • BillCatch 對於自 Google API 取得之資訊的使用，將遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其 Limited Use 規定（見隱私權政策第 5 節）。

常見問題

連結 Gmail 安全嗎？

我們使用 Google 官方 OAuth 授權，不會拿到你的 Gmail 密碼；權限為唯讀，且可隨時在 App 或 Google 帳號的第三方應用程式與服務設定 中移除。

你們會看到我的信嗎？

系統只自動處理白名單銀行寄來、含附件的對帳單信。我們的人員不會閱讀你的信件，除非你主動請客服協助處理某一筆資料，或屬於隱私權政策第 5 節所列的其他例外情形（例如調查錯誤、濫用或安全事件，或法律要求）。

不想連結 Gmail 可以用嗎？

可以，你可以手動上傳對帳單 PDF。

怎麼管理或刪除我的資料？

App 內設定可以中斷 Gmail 連結、匯出 CSV、刪除帳號；逐步說明請見資料管理與刪除說明。

About BillCatch (English summary)

BillCatch is an iOS app for Taiwan that turns the credit-card e-statement PDFs your banks email you into a clear view of your spending and upcoming payments. It connects to Gmail with the read-only scope gmail.readonly, searches only for messages from an allowlist of Taiwanese card issuers that carry an attachment, downloads the statement PDF, and parses it on encrypted servers in Singapore. The app never sends, modifies, labels or deletes email, never reads mail from other senders, and never uses your data for advertising.
