- 經您授權後,在您的 Gmail 中搜尋由本公司白名單內的台灣發卡機構寄送、含附件的對帳單郵件,並下載對帳單 PDF;
- 您也可以不連結 Gmail,改以手動上傳對帳單 PDF;
- 將對帳單解析為交易明細(交易日期、商店名稱、金額、卡號末四碼、帳單期間、繳款截止日等),並進行消費分類與統計;
5. Gmail
5.2 Google 授權畫面就此權限顯示的是 Google 統一提供的說明文字(例如 "View your email messages and settings")。
Limited Use
(原文:"BillCatch's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements." / "The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.")

BillCatch Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Effective date: 2026-10-27
1. Scope and acceptance
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are issued by 瑋瑄科技有限公司 (Wei Xuan Technology Co., Ltd.) ("we", "us") and apply to the BillCatch iOS app (the "App"), the website at https://bill.apgo.tw, and related services (together, the "Service").
1.2 The full text of these Terms is published at https://bill.apgo.tw/terms and in the App before you register for or use the Service. You may review all of it for as long as you need before agreeing; no provision of these Terms asks you to waive your right to review them.
1.3 These Terms take effect when you actively tick or tap to agree in the App (we never pre-tick it for you) and complete registration. These Terms are provided electronically in a form you can read in full and save, and you can view, save or print them at the address above at any time.
1.4 These Terms and the BillCatch Privacy Policy (https://bill.apgo.tw/privacy, the "Privacy Policy") together form the agreement between you and us about the Service. Where a term you have individually negotiated with us conflicts with these Terms, the individually negotiated term prevails.
1.5 These Terms are made on the principle of equality and reciprocity, and any ambiguity is to be interpreted in your favour.
1.6 These Terms are provided in Traditional Chinese and English. If the two versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails, without prejudice to Section 1.5.
2. Service provider
(Wei Xuan Technology Co., Ltd.)
- Taiwan business registration no.: 94071421
- Representative:
- Address: 10F., No. 66-28, Long'an Rd., Xinzhuang Dist., New Taipei City, Taiwan
- Support email: wadeyeh@apgo.com.tw
- Website: https://bill.apgo.tw
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the Service. The Service is not directed to persons under 18; if we learn that we hold data of a person under 18, we delete it immediately and stop that account from being used.
3.2 You must give true and accurate information when you register, and use the Service as an individual.
3.3 You may only connect a Gmail account that you own or are lawfully authorized to manage, and only import credit-card statements that are your own or that you are lawfully authorized to import.
4. The Service
4.1 The Service helps you organize your credit-card e-statements:
- after you authorize it, it searches your Gmail for statement emails that carry an attachment and are sent by Taiwanese card issuers on our allowlist, and downloads the statement PDF;
- you can instead upload statement PDFs manually without connecting Gmail;
- it parses statements into transactions (transaction date, merchant string, amount, last four digits of the card, statement period, due date, etc.), and categorizes and totals them;
- it shows your monthly spending, category breakdown, and the amount due and due date for each card in the App.
4.2 Supported card issuers are those announced in the App and on this website, and we may add or remove issuers. If an issuer changes its statement format, sender address or encryption, the Service may temporarily be unable to import or parse its statements.
4.3 Some features can be used only after you give separate consent under Section 8.
5. Gmail authorization and scope of access
5.1 The Service obtains the read-only Gmail scope (gmail.readonly) through Google's official OAuth authorization. We never obtain, and never ask for, your Google account password.
5.2 The wording Google shows on its consent screen for this scope is Google's standard description (for example "View your email messages and settings"). The Service actually accesses only emails that carry an attachment and whose sender is on our allowlist of Taiwanese card issuers, and for those emails only the message ID, sender, received date, subject and the credit-card e-statement PDF attachment. On the first connection it searches the last 18 months; after that it searches only for new emails since the previous scan.
5.3 The Service does not read, store or display any email outside that allowlist; does not access your contacts, drafts, labels or settings; never modifies, archives, deletes, composes or sends email; and does not store the body text of your emails.
5.4 You must not connect another person's Gmail account unless its owner has lawfully authorized you to do so.
6. Disconnecting Gmail, exporting data and deleting your account
You can do any of the following yourself at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
6.1 Disconnect Gmail (Settings → Disconnect Gmail): we revoke the grant with Google and delete the Gmail refresh token immediately; statement PDFs, message identifiers and parsed transactions obtained through Gmail are deleted within 30 days after disconnection. You can also remove the Service's access yourself from your Google Account's third-party access page.
6.2 Export (Settings → Export): download your parsed transactions as a CSV file.
6.3 Delete account (Settings → Delete account): erase all of your data, including statements, transactions, PDFs and tokens. Deletion cannot be undone, so export first if you want to keep a copy.
6.4 Backups: data deleted under Section 6.1 or 6.3 is removed from backup rotation within 30 days after deletion.
6.5 Step-by-step instructions are available at https://bill.apgo.tw/support. For other data requests write to wadeyeh@apgo.com.tw.
7. Google user data and Limited Use
7.1 BillCatch's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7.2 We do not use your Gmail data or data derived from it for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to data brokers or ad platforms, do not use it to assess creditworthiness or for lending, and do not use it to create, train or improve any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model. Limits on the use and transfer of, and human access to, Gmail data are set out in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
7.3 If our support staff need to view a specific statement or email of yours, we first obtain, and record, your explicit consent for that specific item (for example when you authorize support in the App to view a statement); other exceptions are set out in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
8. AI parsing and categorization
8.1 For some statements, parsing (for example reading statement text or images) and merchant categorization use the Google Gemini API provided by Google LLC. We send statement content to the Google Gemini API only after you give separate, explicit consent in the App. That consent is independent of the Gmail authorization in Section 5 and is obtained in the App before the first transfer.
8.2 You can withdraw that consent in Settings at any time, after which we stop sending new data. How the Google Gemini API handles the data it receives is described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
8.3 If you do not consent, or withdraw consent, some statements may not be parsed or automatically categorized.
8.4 Results of AI parsing and automatic categorization (including amounts, dates, merchant strings and categories) may be wrong; the original statement issued by your card issuer always prevails.
9. Nature of the Service; information for reference only
9.1 We are not a bank or other financial institution. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, does not assess creditworthiness or recommend loans, does not pay bills on your behalf, does not handle, hold or move any of your money, and never logs in to or operates your online banking.
9.2 The transactions, categories, totals, amounts due and due dates shown in the Service are compiled automatically from the statements your card issuers send. They may be incomplete or wrong if a statement never reached your Gmail, the email was deleted, the format changed, the file is corrupted, the password is wrong, or parsing failed. They are for your personal organization and reference only.
9.3 The actual amount due, due date and transaction details are those in your card issuer's original statement or official channels. Please check them yourself and pay on time according to your issuer's rules.
10. Fees
10.1 The Service is currently free. We will not charge you anything without your consent.
10.2 If we introduce paid features, we will announce their content, price, billing period, payment method, and renewal and cancellation terms in the App and on this website before they take effect, and will obtain your separate, explicit consent before you buy. If you do not agree, we will not charge you.
10.3 If a paid feature is a distance transaction, your right of rescission under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act is unaffected; if we rely on Article 2 of the Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales to exclude that right, we will tell you clearly and obtain your prior consent before you buy.
10.4 For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment and refunds follow Apple's rules, without prejudice to your rights under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
11. Account security
11.1 Keep your device, Apple account, Google account and Service account secure. You must not transfer or lend your account, or let anyone else use it.
11.2 The Service never asks for your Google account password or your online-banking login password. If you suspect someone else is using your account, or there is a security concern, tell us at wadeyeh@apgo.com.tw right away; you can also disconnect Gmail immediately.
12. Prohibited conduct
When using the Service you must not:
- impersonate anyone, or connect another person's Gmail account or import another person's statements without authorization;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App or the Service, or otherwise try to obtain its source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- access the Service in bulk through automated programs, scrapers or other means, or place an unreasonable load on or interfere with the Service;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Service's security mechanisms, access controls or usage limits, or attempt to access other users' data;
- upload files containing malicious code, or distribute malware;
- resell or rent the Service, or use it to provide bookkeeping or other commercial services to others;
- otherwise break the law, infringe the rights of others, or breach the terms of third-party services such as Google or Apple.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 You may stop using the Service at any time and end these Terms by deleting your account under Section 6.3, without giving a reason and without any fee or penalty.
13.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- you breach Section 3, Section 12 or another material provision of these Terms and do not cure it within a reasonable period after we notify you;
- a court or competent authority lawfully requires it; or
- your account appears to have been compromised, or your use poses an immediate threat to the security of the Service or other users.
13.3 Except in the urgent situations in items 2 and 3 above, we will tell you the reason in advance by email or in-app notice and give you an opportunity to respond; in urgent situations we will notify you as soon as possible afterwards.
13.4 If we terminate your account, we handle your data in the same way as under Sections 6.3 and 6.4; unless prohibited by law or in an urgent situation described above, we will give you a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted.
14. Privacy and personal data
14.1 How we collect, process and use your personal data, including the data categories, purposes, storage location, retention periods, processors and your rights, is governed by the Privacy Policy and is not repeated here. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on any personal-data matter, the Privacy Policy prevails.
14.2 Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may, and cannot waive in advance or have limited by agreement the right to: inquire about or access your data; obtain a copy; supplement or correct it; demand that collection, processing or use cease; and demand deletion. Nothing in these Terms is to be read as limiting those rights. How to exercise them, and our response times, are set out in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
15. Intellectual property
15.1 The App, the website, the software, the interface design, and the BillCatch and 帳單捕手 names and logos are the intellectual property of us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and limited license, while these Terms are in effect, to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
15.2 Your statements, transactions and other data you provide remain yours. You authorize us to process them only to the extent necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features of the Service, in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy; we acquire no other rights under these Terms.
15.3 Google and Gmail are trademarks of Google LLC; Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
16. Third-party services
16.1 The Service relies on the following third-party services:
- Google LLC: the Gmail API and Google account authorization; the Google Gemini API (statement parsing and categorization after you consent under Section 8);
- Apple Inc.: App Store distribution and crash reporting;
- Supabase and Railway: infrastructure such as cloud hosting, database, file storage and authentication.
The purpose, processing region and other details for each processor are set out in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
16.2 When using the Service you must also comply with your agreements with those third parties (for example the Google Terms of Service and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).
16.3 An outage, change or discontinuation of a third-party service may make all or part of the Service unavailable. We will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to restore the Service, but we are not liable for damage arising from causes not attributable to us.
17. Apple App Store terms
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
17.1 These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple, and we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
17.2 We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App; Apple has no obligation at all to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
17.3 If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility to the extent required by law.
17.4 We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy or similar laws.
17.5 If a third party claims that the App, or your possession or use of it, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
17.6 You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
17.7 Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
17.8 Nothing in this Section limits any liability we owe you under applicable law.
18. Changes to, interruption and discontinuation of the Service
18.1 We may adjust features to improve the Service. Any change that broadens Gmail access, adds a data use or adds a processor is handled under Section 21 and the Privacy Policy.
18.2 We provide the Service in the manner that can reasonably be expected under the technology and professional standards of the time, but the Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or the events in Section 20. Where possible we announce planned maintenance in the App in advance.
18.3 If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will announce it in the App and on this website at least 30 days before the discontinuation date. You may export your data before that date, and after discontinuation we delete your data under Sections 6.3 and 6.4.
19. Liability
19.1 Information shown in the Service is for reference only under Section 9. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage (for example late-payment interest, penalties or effects on your credit record) arising because you did not check against or pay according to your card issuer's original statement, or made a decision based solely on information shown in the Service, unless the damage was caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
19.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that by law cannot be excluded or limited in advance, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our service-safety liability under the Consumer Protection Act, and our liability for damages where a breach of the Personal Data Protection Act infringes your rights.
19.3 If you breach these Terms or the law and cause damage to us or a third party, you are liable under the law.
20. Force majeure
If the Service cannot be provided, or is delayed, because of natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, government action, large-scale power outages or public telecommunications network failures, or any other cause not attributable to us, we are released from the corresponding obligations while that cause continues, and we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to restore the Service. This does not apply where we intentionally or negligently caused the event or the spread of the damage.
21. Changes to these Terms
21.1 When we change these Terms we update the "Last updated" date on this page and keep earlier versions available for you to view.
21.2 For material changes (for example broadening Gmail access, adding a data use or a processor, introducing fees, limiting your rights or increasing your obligations), we will notify you in the App at least 30 days before they take effect and ask you to agree again in the App when they take effect. Until you agree again, we will not apply any new use to your data and will not charge you, although we may suspend the features affected by the change. If you do not agree, you can delete your account under Section 6.3 free of charge.
21.3 Non-material changes (for example wording fixes or updated contact details) take effect when posted on this page.
22. Notices and assignment
22.1 We give notices to you in the App or by email to the address you registered with.
22.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. If our rights and obligations under these Terms are transferred as a result of a merger, acquisition or transfer of business, data you provided through your Gmail authorization and data derived from it are excluded from the transfer; we will notify you in advance, and you can delete your account under Section 6.3.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is wholly or partly invalid, or does not form part of the contract, the remaining provisions stay in effect where the contract can stand without the affected part; however, under the proviso of Article 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, this does not apply where the result would be manifestly unfair to either party.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
24.1 The formation, validity, interpretation and performance of these Terms, and any dispute between you and us arising from the Service, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
24.2 For any litigation arising from these Terms or the Service, the parties agree that the Taiwan New Taipei District Court is the court of first instance. Where the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction, that provision applies. This agreement does not exclude your right, under Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act (consumer litigation may be brought in the court of the place where the consumer relationship arose), Article 28(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure (request for transfer to the competent court), Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure (jurisdiction agreements in standard terms do not apply to small-claims cases) or any other law, to sue in, or request transfer to, another competent court.
